TEMPO PILATES BEGINNER CLASSES
Beginner classes are aimed at those students who have not been participated in any Pilates before and are new to Tempo Pilates. The classes are aimed at teaching students our repertoire and method. Set to great sounds with an upbeat tempo, they are ideal as a introduction to our Beginner / Intermediate classes. No previous Pilates experience required.
